Manager, Demand Generation (Remote)

About the Role:
The Manager, Demand Generation will have the key role of generating qualified leads for the sales team through strategic campaigns and database assessments. The Manager, Demand Generation will also help build brand awareness and interest in CrossCap. Leads and prospects will be generated through campaigns and lead qualifications and you will be responsible for proposing new tactics and strategies based on the analysis of the data. We’re looking for an ambitious, results-driven individual that is successful at generating leads through being strategic and analytical.

  • Working closely with our sales, operations and support teams to ensure Hubspot is optimized for lead conversion
  • Create and execute the process for lead routing and management using Hubspot
  • Establish campaign KPIs, tracking and optimizing campaign performance against them
  • Build demand generation reports to communicate results to the leadership team
  • Day-to-day management of lead generation campaigns across a variety of marketing channels, including email, social, paid social, distributors, third-party sponsors, and more
  • Manage lead generation activities at virtual and in-person conferences and events
  • SEO experience would be an asset
  • Use nurture campaigns and other marketing tactics to warm leads up for proper sales hand off
  • Utilize inbound, outbound and ABM marketing strategies to generate leads
  • Work with the leadership team to develop comprehensive strategic campaigns and define the ideal customer and prospect base with how best to target them
  • Structure, maintain and analyze customer contact database and journey maps
  • Build prospect lists for various campaigns and supply to sales
  • Analyze existing customer data to identify opportunities to capture additional/missed revenue opportunities
  • Help build strategies to target prospects based on available data
  • Help develop and elevate customer personas
  • Data mining and data scrubbing
  • Make recommendations for additional data capture touch points in campaigns
  • Assess prospect feedback – positive/negatives
  • Determine MQLs and SQLs based on campaign objectives and goals
  • Assess leads based on if MQL and SQL are met and filter leads accordingly
  • Work with various resources for prospecting: LinkedIn & ZoomInfo
  • Recommend automation and other tools where needed.
  • Assist in cleaning up current data.
  • Improve existing processes and build new ones to make processes more efficient.
  • Present to upper management to get buy-in and secure budgets, as well as report results.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing or related field.
  • 2-3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work and act independently
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and professional mannerisms
  • Strong experience with HubSpot
  • Working knowledge of prospecting tools like LinkedIn & ZoomInfo
