CRAIG BUSHERTChief Executive Officer | San Francisco
Craig founded CrossCap in 2001 and has been the Chief Executive Officer from inception. Before creating CrossCap, Craig served as the CEO of Morguard Financial Corporation where his focus was investing in small to midsize cap companies. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Ticor Realty Investment Advisors investing institutional funds into Commercial Real Estate. Craig earned his BASc and MaSc in Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
RAHIM KASSAMChief Innovation Officer | New York
Rahim joined CrossCap in 2002 as Enterprise Architect and held several other positions including his current title of Chief Innovation Officer. Prior to joining CrossCap, Rahim worked as a Senior Software Architect for Descartes Systems Group, a leading software-as-a-service group, and a Software Engineer for University Health Network. Rahim received his BASc in Electrical Engineering and his Masters of Engineering from the University of Toronto, his Professional Engineering designation from Professional Engineers of Ontario, and his MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario.
TOM MAGNIFICOVice President, Engineering and Professional Services | New York
Tom is CrossCap’s VP of Engineering and Professional Services. Tom’s engineering teams are responsible for delivering Crosscap’s software, including user interface, applications and frameworks. His PS teams are responsible for solution design, client road maps, customer engagement, and oversight of all active implementations. Tom joined CrossCap from SPS Commerce, where he served as a Business Systems Manager and PM overseeing a portfolio of SPS’s key client relationships. Prior to SPS, he was a Product Development Specialist at Verisk Analytics, and earlier in his career he served as a QA Analyst at Automatic Data Processing. Tom holds a Computer Science Degree from NJIT, as well as a Masters of Technology Management and Executive Masters of Business Administration from Stevens Institute of Technology.
BOBBY HAMILTONVice President, Information Technology | Toronto
Bobby joined CrossCap in 2010. In his role as Vice President, Information Technology he oversees CrossCap’s global data center infrastructure, as well as, information and network security, risk and compliance. He specializes in high availability, data center operations, information and network security, with over 15 years IT experience. His attention and focus on cloud technology and high availability has assisted CrossCap to expand the infrastructure into a stable, secure hosting platform. Bobby studied at Seneca College and holds several industry certifications.
AMAN KAUSHALFinancial Controller | Toronto
Aman joined CrossCap in 2012 as Financial Controller, responsible for Financial Planning, Reporting and Treasury functions. He has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance. Aman is a designated accountant in the US, Canada and India. His past experience includes work with Big 4 public accounting firms.
ELIZABETH GALLANTManager, Accounting & Human Resources | Toronto
Elizabeth joined CrossCap in 2010. Elizabeth heads up both the Accounting and Human Resources Departments. In her role as head of HR, she has been instrumental in implementing employee programs that have helped to foster a strong team culture. Elizabeth came to CrossCap with over 15 years of experience in accounting and office management. She has a BA from Mount Allison University.
TOM CARLUCCIOSenior Product Manager | San Francisco
Tom joined CrossCap in 2016 and is the Senior Product Manager for In-Store Marketing. Prior to CrossCap, he was the CEO and owner of Octane, Inc. (2014-2016), a niche consulting agency with focus on providing resources and expertise to other startups and established businesses looking to create change in the marketplace. His logical, analytical and concise communication skills were an integral part in managing the product platform and numerous relationships throughout his career at eLayaway, Inc. (2006-2014). He was instrumental in growing the merchant network from 0 to beyond 1,000 as well as overseeing operations and product development. Tom is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
