Crosscap and Workfront have built an out-of-the-box integration so the setup is easy. Turning on the integration only requires the credentials of the API user, and a working session to define workflow.
Once your workflow is defined and entered into either system, business rules will trigger pushes to either system.
One of the greatest benefits is it doesn’t matter where you start entering your plan. Both platforms are configured to work with a process that best suites your business. The flexibility is so advantageous to marketing teams that they can decide for certain teams the process starts in CrossCap while other teams start their process in Workfront.
